Lizzo is giving the people what they want — and that’s the secret to her transformation!
On Thursday, July 3, the 37-year-old “Good as Hell” hitmaker thanked spa owner Flávia Lanini for helping her continue to reach her health goals in the most natural way possible.
In an Instagram post that started with a before and after split photo, the Grammy winner showed the first time she got a “lymphatic massage from Flavia” and “the most recent.”
The massage, according to the Cleveland Clinic, “can ease swelling” and “moves waste toward your lymph nodes to rid your body of toxins.” The technique is also popular for its ability to aid in weight loss and body contouring.
Lizzo wore minimal clothing in each photo, which perfectly highlighted the difference in her pictures.
“In light of all these magazines and blogs wanting me to be on ozempic soooo bad— here’s the truth!” she wrote.
“I work my ass off, training 3x a week, daily sauna & cardio, adding animal protein back into my diet, hiring a chef who helps me meal prep and keeps track of what I put into my body in a calorie deficit,” the “Truth Hurts” singer revealed.
She also shared that she’s since stopped consuming things like “sugary Starbucks & full fat sodas & potato chips.”
Alcohol was another thing Lizzo previously gave up, “but I’m drinking again cus I earned it!” she said.
In addition to a busy lifestyle that includes performing, the “Juice” singer has incorporated activities like pickleball, hiking and walks on the beach into her schedule, as well as moving her body by dancing and drinking plenty of water.
Another pro tip: “I detox! Once a month! I also get holistic body work done, wood therapy, and lymphatic massage.”
“I’m so happy and proud of what I’ve done and no one can take that away from me,” Lizzo concluded.
Other photos in her carousel showed her posing for a selfie with Lanini and posing in a sauna while her body was wrapped for a more intense sweat session.
The Hustlers star is featured on the cover of Women’s Health‘s latest issue, where not only does she stun in her transformation photos, but also reveals her three daily meals that helped her do it.
Lizzo’s breakfast consists of two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a cauliflower hash brown. For lunch, it’s a shredded Thai chicken salad or lettuce wraps stuffed with tuna or sliced chicken breast.
Her dinner, which she has no later than 5 p.m., is turkey meatloaf with cauliflower mashed potatoes and green beans.

“I have GERD [gastroesophageal reflux disease], so my body needs time to digest food before I go to sleep, so acid doesn’t roll up to my throat,” Lizzo told the outlet.
Snacks typically include greek yogurt with fruit and honey.
As for staying fit, the Yitty founder said, “I’ve never regretted a workout. After, I always feel better. I work out for mental health first. Exercise is the best mood enhancer.”
