The latest Perfect Match participants are looking for the ultimate connection.

The Netflix dating show — which features contestants from across reality TV looking for love — is back with season 4, which premiered on May 13.

Hosted by Nick Lachey, Perfect Match sees the couples compete in a variety of different games, with the most compatible couples becoming matchmakers for their fellow contestants. Some of the shows represented on the new season include Age of Attraction, Love Island, Vanderpump Rules, Squid Game: The Challenge, Too Hot to Handle and more.

Here's everything to know about the cast members of Perfect Match season 4.

Chris Dahlan

Age of Attraction

Chris Dahlan was already part of a reality TV experiment when he was part of the cast for Age of Attraction, which debuted on Netflix in March 2026. The series saw couples of different ages form and commit to each other.

"Age of Attraction was one of the most life changing and memorable experiences of my life," he wrote on Instagram ahead of the show's premiere earlier this year.

Alison Ogden

Building the Band

Allison Ogden previously appeared on Netflix's Building the Band, which saw 50 artists form six groups through a selection process.

"I think it's pretty obvious I had a good amount to learn after Building the Band," Ogden told Zachary Reality when asked what she learned from her previous reality TV experiences. "But I'm just really excited for the fans to get to know the real me and not the hyper edited version of me."

She continued, "I think me in my lover girl era is a lot more telling of who I really am, so I'm very excited about that."

Hashim Moore

Temptation Island (season 1)

Hashim Moore previously starred on season 1 of Netflix's Temptation Island, which moved to the streamer following its previous runs on Fox and USA Network.

"My strategy this season is to go in with an open mind and find my match so I can get off these Miami streets. It’s treacherous out here," Hashim Moore told Tudum about being part of Perfect Match.

Kayla Richart

Too Hot to Handle (season 4)

Kayla Richart was previously on Too Hot to Handle, but when asked by Zachary Reality what's different about her run on Perfect Match, she said, "I know all these men are up to no good."

She added that she was going to call out the men. "That's what I'm here to do is bring the vibes and the truth," said Richart.

Yamen Sanders

Temptation Island (season 1), Love Island USA (season 1), Love Island: All Stars (season 3)

Yamen Sanders is no stranger to reality dating shows, having previously appeared on Temptation Island and Love Island.

Ally Lewber

Vanderpump Rules

On Vanderpump Rules, Ally Lewber was dating DJ James Kennedy, but the two split in January 2025, per Variety. The two split following Kennedy's December 2024 arrest on suspicion of domestic violence. Prosecutors ultimately declined to press charges against Kennedy.

Perfect Match is the first reality dating show that Lewber has been a part of.

Dave Hand

Married at First Sight: Australia

Dave Hand previously wed Jamie Marinos on Married at First Sight: Australia, but the two split shortly after filming wrapped.

"This one’s going to be fun.. 👀👀," Dave Hand wrote on Instagram in April 2026 after his Perfect Match casting was announced.

Kassy Castillo

Love Island USA (season 5 and season 6)

Kassy Castillo was runner-up on season 5 of Love Island USA and returned the following season.

Going into Perfect Match, she said to Tudum that she is "a lot more intentional," adding that she is "looking for something healthy."

Temptation Island (season 1)

Danny Spongberg is one of the multiple Temptation Island alums on Perfect Match this season.

After his casting was announced, Spongberg posted on Instagram, "All about my business on this one…"

Too Hot to Handle (season 6)

After appearing on Too Hot to Handle season 6 — where she was the runner-up alongside Charlie Jeer — Katherine LaPrell isn't "forcing anything" on Perfect Match.

"I’m literally just going to be myself and see what happens. I’m not settling," she told Tudum about her mindset.

Million Dollar Secret (season 2)

Nick Pellecchia previously won Million Dollar Secret season 2 and represented New Jersey in the Mister USA 2026 competition.

Love Is Blind (season 7)

After getting engaged to Ramses Prashad on Love Is Blind, Marissa George is looking to take the pressure off dating.

"In the past, I’ve put a lot of pressure on finding 'the one,' and I’m not doing that this time," Marissa George revealed to Tudum, about her strategy going into the latest season of Perfect Match.

Jimmy Presnell

Love Is Blind (season 6)

Jimmy Presnell was previously engaged to Chelsea Blackwell, whom he met on the North Carolina season of Love Is Blind.

"I reckon some lessons you gotta learn twice. tune in May 13th on @netflix for Perfect Match Season 4 🎥🍿," Jimmy Presnell wrote on Instagram in April 2026.

Squid Game: The Challenge (season 2)

Mackenzie Bellows traded her Squid Game tracksuit for a swimsuit in Perfect Match season 4. She revealed to Tudum that she is looking for a guy who brings "calm to the chaos."

Too Hot to Handle (season 6)

In the preview for Perfect Match season 4, DeMari Davis receives a surprise when he sees his ex, Brianna Balram — with whom he won Too Hot to Handle season 6 — arrive to compete on the show.

"That's my ex. What is happening?" Davis asks in the trailer.

Temptation Island (season 2)

After appearing as a temptress on season 2 of Netflix's Temptation Island, Natalie Cruz told Tudum she is searching for "a best friend who makes life more fun."

Jimmy Sotos

Jimmy Sotos is a social media content creator and basketball player. He is the only contestant on Perfect Match season 4 not from a reality show.

"I ain't never watched reality TV. I've never seen the show that I literally just did," Sotos said in an April 2026 TikTok. "And I think that was part of what played into why they may have casted me."

Brianna Balram

Too Hot to Handle (season 6), Battle Camp

Balram won Too Hot to Handle season 6 with her ex, Davis — and now the two will reunite on Perfect Match. Looking back on her time on Too Hot to Handle, Balram said, "I'm not going to lie: I do feel like I grew a lot from the experience, but trust will always be my biggest issue in relationships."

"DeMari is the type of person who doesn't like to go to bed upset. He likes to talk about things," she explained to PEOPLE in August 2024. "Whereas me, I like to sit in it for a little while and really think about stuff. So we always bump heads there because he wants to get out the way immediately, whereas I am still actively working on not being such a drama queen."

Love Island (season 1)

Weston Richey previously competed on the original season of Love Island USA, ultimately coming in fourth place alongside Emily Salch. He's also a Texas native, per Bustle.

Sophie Willett

Love Is Blind: UK (season 2)

After getting entangled in a love triangle between Kieran Holmes-Darby and his now-wife, Megan Jupp, on season 2 of Love Is Blind: UK, Sophie Willett is looking to show a different side of herself.

"I’m looking for someone who makes me belly laugh, but is still ridiculously sexy and intelligent," Willett told Tudum. "So not much."

However, the preview for Perfect Match shows Willett saying, "I might just stir the pot a little bit…"
