Miley Cyrus is soaking in her moment on the "Walk of Fame."
The singer and actress, 33, was honored with a Hollywood Walk of Fame star on Friday, May 22 with loved ones by her side — and she couldn't help but get emotional thanking them for their support.
"This is where it gets me," the "Flowers" singer said in her speech, holding back tears.
"To my family, my future family, parents, my mom, my siblings, my friends, my collaborators, thank you for loving and supporting not only the choices that I make, but my fears, and then facing them with me," she said with tears in her eyes.

"Today is something that I'll never forget and I'm always going to cherish. I love you all so much, thank you," she concluded, before putting her sunglasses on to cover her eyes.
At the ceremony, Cyrus was joined by mom Tish Cyrus, her sister Brandi Cyrus and fiancé Maxx Morando. Friends Donatella Versace and Anya Taylor-Joy were also present at the event and gave speeches. Dad Billy Ray Cyrus did not attend the ceremony.
Earlier in her speech, Cyrus referenced her song "Walk of Fame," which ends with the line "you'll live forever."
"This star somehow represents immortality, and although I love the lyric, the fact that I won't is what creates the urgency that sets my heart on fire," she said.
"What feels so special to me about this star is that it's an accumulation of devotion. A star isn't something that you win like a seasonal game. It's not something that you can chase or collect. It's not something you make the next record for," she continued, adding that it's "fierce and fun and fabulous."

The "Slide Away" singer's star was first announced in a press conference in July of last year — and she celebrated the news on Instagram shortly after.
"When I first came to LA from Nashville as a little girl, my family would stay at a hotel on Hollywood Blvd, and I would go on late night walks with my dad when no one would recognize him," she wrote, alongside a clip of the music video to her song "Walk of Fame."
"We'd have the gift shops to ourselves & buy knock off Oscars and Marilyn Monroe merchandise. To now be cemented on this legendary boulevard, surrounded by the icons who inspired me, feels like a dream," she continued. "This moment will live forever, thank you to everyone in my life who made it possible. I am grateful to share this star with you."

Two months before the star ceremony, Cyrus celebrated the 20th anniversary of the beloved Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana by releasing a special on Disney+ and Hulu.
The Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special featured in-depth interviews with Cyrus about behind-the-scenes details of the show, surprise guest appearances and even included a performance of her new song "Younger You."
