Millie Bobby Brown is no stranger to a hair transformation.
And for her 21st birthday, she ditched her signature brown locks and went bright blonde.
Millie celebrated the occasion on Feb. 19, sharing an Instagram video showing off the new ‘do in fishtail braids while blowing out a birthday candle atop a heart-shaped cake.
In the video, which is set to Aly and AJ‘s 2007 “Potential Break Up Song,” a person off-camera placed a pair of sunglasses on Millie before the Stranger Things actress put a birthday candle in her mouth and another person lit the other end. Millie then placed the candle in the cake and lip-synced the lyrics “except for the fact it was my birthday, my stupid birthday” before going to blow out the candle.
Millie captioned the video, “thx for the bday wishes… hi 21.”
Of course, the Florence by Mills founder was also showered with love by her husband Jake Bongiovi, 22, son of musician Jon Bon Jovi. Jake celebrated his bride’s birthday with an Instagram post, a mirror selfie captioned with, “Happy 21st baby. I love you so much,” along with six red heart emojis.
