Nazanin Mandi has announced her engagement to Michael Gilroy just two months after soft launching their relationship on social media.
In an Instagram post on Monday, Sept. 21, the model, 40, shared several photos of the moment the businessman proposed to her in a candlelit room surrounded by red roses. One snap showed Gilroy down on one knee as she leaned in for a kiss, while both were pictured smiling as he placed the engagement ring on her finger in another photo.
Mandi was seen wearing a plunging black gown and multiple necklaces with her hair styled in a slicked-back bun. Gilroy was equally polished for the occasion in a white suit with a black tie.
“… and on the best day of my life, I said yes 🤍,” Mandi captioned the carousel of photos, before going on to directly address Gilroy.

“My Michael, The respect, peace, and love we share are otherworldly. They are the foundation of everything we are building together,” she continued in the caption. “You are truly one of one. The man who changed my life in the deepest, most sincere way.”
“I would happily experience every tear, every moment of loneliness, and every season of solitude all over again, knowing you would be waiting for me at the end of it all,” the Dreamcatcher star wrote.
Mandi, who has changed her last name on Instagram to “Gilroy,” sparked speculation that she has already tied the knot and is expecting her first child with the latter paragraphs in her caption.
“I am HONORED to be your wife,” she wrote. “Thank you for our shared values, for the safety we find in one another, and for your unconditional love and support. I love you, best friend.”
“The proposal was a complete fairytale, but our truest joy lies in the calm we bring out in one another daily,” Mandi added. “Our tranquil home, snacks and laughter in bed until 2 a.m., school drop-offs, and the greatest gifts of all ~ Queen Soraya and the expansion of our family & legacy, I can’t wait 🥹.”

The “Forever Mood” singer then shared a photo on Instagram Stories of herself wearing a floor-length white dress as Gilroy hugged her in a navy suit.
She wrote “love wins 🤍🥹💐” over the snap, which appeared to be taken in a luxurious marble bathroom.
The romantic photos come after Mandi soft-launched their relationship in an Instagram post on July 1. At the time, she didn’t name Gilroy or include his face in the snaps, which showed them at a basketball game, embracing on a sofa and sharing a meal.
“Life update: when you know, you know,” she captioned the post.

Mandi was previously married to R&B singer Miguel, but filed for divorce in October 2022. She cited irreconcilable differences and asked that assets and properties be divided as detailed in their prenuptial agreement.
Mandi dated the “Adorn” singer, 40, for 10 years before getting engaged in 2016 and married at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California, in November 2018.

Days before filing for divorce, Mandi reflected on her “journey of introspection” in a now-deleted Instagram post.
“On a current journey of introspection and discovering my purest me again … when and who was I when I was my most free and confident self …,” she wrote. “She’s still in there. And rising to the occasion but this time with life experience, defined wants and an elevated mindset, one healing step at a time. If this is you, we got this💪🏽.”
Mandi’s engagement comes a month after Miguel announced that he is expecting his second child with former Vogue China editor-in-chief Margaret Zhang, per Capital Xtra.
Representatives for Nazanin Mandi did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for further comment.
