The actor opened up about his famously youthful look while appearing on the 'Therapuss' podcast

Paul Rudd says that injectables aren't responsible for his ageless look.
During an appearance on the Wednesday, May 27, episode of Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast, the 57-year-old actor denied having Botox when Shane questioned him how he stays so youthful.
"Are you vegan?" Shane, 26, asked.
When Rudd said no, the podcast host followed up with, "So then why don't you age?"
"I do [age]," replied the Ant Man actor. "You're kind for saying that, but I really do."
Shane then asked if the star has gotten Botox, to which he said, "No. Look at my face," as he lifted his eyebrows.
Rudd has previously spoken out about his famously youthful appearance. In a 2023 cover story for Men's Health, he told the magazine that his secret was getting eight hours of sleep each night.

"People ask me, 'Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?' The most important part of training is sleep," said the actor.
Rudd added that those who set their alarms after only four hours of sleep to give themselves more time to train are selling themselves short.
"They're doing themselves a disservice," he said.
Rudd revealed that his morning routine includes a cup of coffee and cardio "before I eat anything."
In 2019, Rudd joked that he was secretly "80 years old on the inside."

The actor said he doesn't feel as young as he looks while reuniting with his Clueless costars Alicia Silverstone, Donald Faison and Breckin Meyer at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2).
“In here, pure darkness,” Rudd said while pointing to his chest. “And a little moisturizer.”
