Pete Davidson Pulls Upstate N.Y. Home from Market After Reaching Co-Parenting Agreement for Daughter Scottie

The comedian first listed his four-bedroom, three-bathroom country home for $2.5 million in February

Pete Davidson has taken his New York country home off the market just weeks after he reached a co-parenting agreement with ex Elsie Hewitt regarding their daughter Scottie. 

The North Salem, N.Y., property was officially unlisted on Thursday, Aug. 13, according to property records. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom abode was first put up for sale with an asking price of $2.5 million in February. After multiple price cuts, it had dropped to $1.9 million before the listing was removed. 

While it’s unclear exactly why Davidson, 32, decided to take his Westchester County home off the market, the removal comes after he and Hewitt, 30, reached a “joint agreement pertaining to their child,” 7-month-old Scottie, following their split in May, a source confirmed to PEOPLE on July 31.

“We are cooperatively coparenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us,” the couple shared in a joint statement at the time. 

The new parents welcomed their first child together in December 2025, months after they were first romantically linked in March 2025. She is named after Davidson’s late father, Scott Matthew Davidson.

PEOPLE confirmed that the model and comedian had split in May. The news came after a source told PEOPLE in April that the pair were actively trying to navigate relationship struggles together following the birth of their daughter.

In March, Davidson opened up to PEOPLE about how he’s been feeling since becoming a new dad: “Dad life is f——g awesome. It is exhausting and rewarding and cute. And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am,” he said.

At the time when Davidson listed his country home — which he purchased in June 2023 for just under $2 million, according to property records — he said his reason for leaving the “hip, funky cool place” was to be closer to family in Staten Island as he raises his daughter, according to Mansion Global. 

“It’s literally like living in paradise,” the Saturday Night Live alum told the outlet in April of the property. He also noted that the house served as a great escape from all the “noise” in New York City. “In North Salem, I would wake up naturally, and I wouldn’t feel a thing; it was the most special feeling.”

The 2,300-square-foot abode is surrounded by greenery on a six-acre lot that overlooks a picturesque pond. It features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, as well as a massive fish tank Davidson had installed after he moved in.  

Additional amenities include a sauna, wine cellar, cold plunge and hot tub, as well as a covered porch with automatic screens. There’s also a covered lap pool, media room, gym, and multiple decks.
