Police Searching for Missing Virginia Teen and Her 11-Month-Old Baby

Authorities are searching for a missing teenage girl and her baby in Virginia.

Katrice McDougal, 17, was last seen wearing a blue and brown wig and a “colorful knit cap,” according to her missing person flyer from the Portsmouth Police Department in Portsmouth, Va.

McDougal and her baby were last seen on the morning of Sept. 11 on the 1100 block of Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, per the flyer from police. She is described as a young Black woman who is 5’1” and weighs about 100 pounds.

The 11-month-old child is not believed to be in danger currently, local outlet WAVY reported, citing police.

Anyone with knowledge of McDougal or her baby’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Portsmouth Police Special Victims Unit at 757-393-8536.
