  • Drew Sidora claims she will be “homeless” if she’s forced to leave the Georgia home she shares with her estranged husband Ralph Pittman
  • A temporary court order obtained by TMZ states Sidora has to vacate the home by May 31 due to the couple’s financial circumstances
  • Pittman has primary custody of their two children during the school year, while Sidora has alternating weekend visits

Drew Sidora is claiming she’ll be homeless if she’s forced to move out of the disputed marital mansion that she shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman.

After a temporary court order stated that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 40, must move out of her and Pittman’s shared Georgia home by May 31, Sidora is now saying she doesn’t have the "financial resources” to vacate the property by then, TMZ reported on April 13, citing court documents.

If she is forced to leave the home, Sidora claims she will be “homeless” along with her oldest child from her previous relationship, 14-year-old son Josiah, according to the outlet. She’s also mom to son Machai, 10, and daughter Aniya, 8, whom she shares with Pittman, 43.

Sidora also claims her estranged husband's income is three times as much as hers, and that he agreed to share joint physical custody but suddenly requested primary while they were in court, per the documents cited by TMZ.

Sidora’s latest request comes after she was ordered to temporarily leave her and Pittman’s shared Georgia home by the end of May, per an amended temporary order obtained by TMZ, which she is asking the court to reconsider.

She was reportedly ordered to vacate the property due to the "current financial circumstances of the parties," and Sidora and Pittman must continue splitting the expenses until the mom of three vacates the home.

While they’re still sharing joint legal custody of their two children, Pittman will have primary physical custody during the school year, and Sidora will have parenting time on alternating weekends starting in August, according to the outlet.

PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for Sidora and Pittman, but did not receive an immediate response.

In March 2023, PEOPLE exclusively confirmed Pittman had filed for divorce from Sidora after nearly nine years of marriage.

In an exclusive statement at the time, Pittman told PEOPLE: "Love is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to move on to our next chapters, independent of each other. Drew and I have decided to file for divorce. We have three amazing young children, and their mindset and growth is what is most important. As we navigate this difficult time, I ask that you please respect our privacy."

Sidora added in a statement: "After eight years of wholeheartedly fighting for my marriage, I have made the agonizing decision to release my husband with love. Although Ralph and I have decided to move forward separately, the hope is to remain friends so that we can co-parent responsibly. In spite of our very public life, I am asking for privacy during this difficult time as my children and I learn how to navigate through our new beginnings."

Pittman requested joint legal and physical custody of their children at the time of his filing, and Sidora later filed her own divorce petition that noted "there is no chance or hope of reconciliation" between the spouses. She also asked for joint legal but temporary and permanent primary physical custody.

In an amended divorce filing later that month, the Step Up actress later claimed Pittman was a “serial cheater and adulterer” who allegedly abused her mentally, financially and at one point, got "physically aggressive" with her.

Pittman did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Sidora's allegations at the time.

In June 2023, he apologized for his role in the divorce, telling PEOPLE in an exclusive statement: "I love my wife with all my heart. It is no secret that marriage is a challenging journey, one that is not for the faint of heart. My family means the world to me and I've dedicated myself to providing support, encouragement and acting as a pillar of strength for my wife and children.”

He continued, “Although we know the real reason that ultimately led to my request for divorce, I'm taking this time to be more introspective and working to become the best version of myself. I stand by my response to the petition however I sincerely apologize for my part in the deterioration of our relationship. As seasons change, I'm hopeful and optimistic for brighter days ahead."
