Starbucks has two new refreshing drinks, just in time for the end of summer.

The pair of beverages — Coco Matcha and Coco Cold Brew — both feature coconut water, and will be available in select stores starting Thursday, Aug. 21.

Coco Matcha includes the “subtle, tropical sweetness” of coconut water over ice and topped with a layer of unsweetened Matcha Cold Foam, per a release the brand shared with PEOPLE.

Patrick Penny, Starbucks’ beverage developer, says it’s meant to taste like “a tropical escape in a cup.”

Coco Cold Brew also starts with coconut water over ice, but instead adds a layer of cold brew foam, which Penny says contains “rich chocolaty notes.”

Both drinks will be available at select locations in  New York City, greater Los Angeles and Chicago, plus Cedar Rapids, Iowa; St. Louis, Mo; Springfield, Ill.; South Bend, Ind.; and Madison and Milwaukee, Wis.

They were originally tested in N.Y.C. in July as part of Starbucks’ “Starting 5” program, which experiments with fresh ideas in five coffeehouses to get feedback from customers and baristas.

The pair of coconut water offerings are part of the brand’s plan to increase health and wellness innovation, which also includes introducing protein cold foam in the fall.

Starbucks’ previous launches this summer include rolling out a new Strato (Italian for “layer”) Frappucino drink in three flavors, all with cold foam instead of the whipped cream the beverage is typically topped with.

The Brown Sugar Strato adds brown-sugar cold foam and a dash of cinnamon to a blend of Frappuccino roast coffee, milk and ice.

The Strawberry Matcha Strato includes unsweetened matcha, classic syrup, milk, ice and strawberry cream cold foam.

And the Salted Cream Mocha Strato tops a blend of mocha sauce, coffee, milk and ice with salted caramel cream cold foam and caramel drizzle.

The three Strato drinks, which joined the menu on July 8, followed a festive limited-time item.

The Firework Frappuccino, offered for only a week at the beginning of July, featured raspberry, blueberry and blackberry flavors, coconut milk, popping raspberry pearls, a swirl of strawberry purée and a layer of vanilla sweet cream cold foam.

Late last month, Starbucks’ popular raspberry syrup made its long-awaited return, and the coffee chain even debuted a new drink for berry lovers: the Raspberry Cream Cold Brew.

The coffee chain also announced that the fan-favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) will be returning on Aug. 26. Other fall menu additions include a Pecan Cortado, Italian Sausage Egg Bites and dairy-free Maple Pecan Latte creamer
