New Stevie Nicks music is on the way!
During the Pollstar Awards on Wednesday, April 16, where she was inducted into the Pollstar Hall of Fame, the “Landslide” hitmaker revealed that she’s working on her 14th album, which she’s been referring to as “the ghost record,” per fan-captured footage.
“I’m actually making a record right now,” Nicks, 76, told the crowd. “I call it the ghost record.”
“It just really kinda happened in the last couple of weeks because of, you know, the fires,” she said, seemingly referring to the devastating Los Angeles wildfires earlier this year, where she had to flee. “I was sitting in a hotel for 92 days, and at some point during that last part of the 92 days, I said, ‘You know what? I feel like I’m on the road, but there’s no shows.”
Added Nicks: “I’m just sitting here by myself because everybody else is at the house, doing all the remediations and everything, and it’s just me, sitting here.’ And I thought, ‘You need to go back to work.’ And I did.”
The prolific singer/songwriter revealed that she’s already written seven songs for the project and called them “autobiographical, real stories where I’m not pulling any punches for probably the first time in my life.”
“They are not airy-fairy songs that you are wondering who they’re about but you don’t really get it,” said Nicks. “They’re real stories of memories of mine, of fantastic men!”
The “Rhiannon” artist released her last solo studio LP in 2011 with In Your Dreams.

Earlier this week, Nicks announced that she’d be expanding her massive North American tour with nine more dates across multiple cities.
“More solo shows are on the way in 2025 — I can’t wait to share these nights with you. ✨,” the “Dreams” singer wrote on Instagram.
Nicks was already scheduled to perform in East Rutherford, N.J., Boston, Toronto, Cincinnati, Las Vegas, New Orleans and more starting in August through November.
Now, the “Silver Springs” musician will make nine more stops throughout her run.
Tickets for her previously announced shows, which will also feature Billy Joel, are slated for Aug. 8 at Metlife Stadium, Oct. 4 at Levi’s Stadium in Calif., Oct. 18 at Caesars Superdome and Nov. 15 at Detroit’s Ford Field.
