Storm Reid is a college graduate!

The Euphoria alum celebrated her college graduation from the University of Southern California School of Dramatic Arts on Thursday, May 15. The actress, 21, posted a series of Instagram Stories and posts commemorating the occasion.

On Tuesday, May 13, she posted an Instagram carousel of her graduation photos, as she posed with her graduation stole around USC campus.

“The past few months, everybody’s been asking how i feel about graduating. my answer? pray for me. well…your prayers worked. and i couldn’t thank the people who prayed for me enough. today i officially finished my undergrad at USC,” her caption read.

“There were so many times i didn’t think i’d make it. the finish line looked close, but felt so far. but with God? anything is possible.”

“Choosing USC was the best decision i could’ve made — it truly changed my life. i’m forever grateful and will forever FTFO,” she wrote, adding the school’s slang, “Fight the F— On.”

“4 years of trusting God. this right here is proof that miracles do happen. and now i ask y’all again… what do we call my success PLUS a degree?? ♥️,” the caption concluded.

The end of her caption was seemingly a reference to a rude comment she received on one of her April TikTok videos criticizing her decision to attend college. “What do we call my success, plus going to college?” Reid replied. “My success plus getting a degree? What are we gonna call that? Let me know.”

“And you’re right, college isn’t for everybody, but it was for me. I wanted to go. I felt like I needed to go. I was able to do that and work full time. I wanted to work and I wanted to further my education, so I did that,” she continued.

“I’m all for people having their own opinions. But let’s be real. Let’s tap into reality. I did that. And I also got an Emmy while doing it, in college, 20 years old, junior in college.”

She also added an Instagram carousel on Thursday, May 15, alongside two of her friends and fellow graduates. In the photos, they posed together in a classroom in front of a blackboard that read, “Surviving USC 101.”

Also on Thursday, May 15, she posted several photos and videos to her Instagram Stories of her ceremony. She reposted her friends’ and family’s Instagram Stories to her own profile, showing videos of her having her name read aloud for the crowd.

Her Instagram Stories also included a brief video and a photo collage of her posing in her white graduation dress.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE at the NAMI Mental Health Gala Honoring Robert Downey Jr. and Craig Dubitsky on May 8, Reid said she planned to “take a beat” after graduating, but is “very excited” about what comes next in her acting career. Her next big project is director Teyana Taylor’s Get Lite. She also has other projects in the works that she couldn’t “say too much about.”

“I’m very excited, and it’s going to be a very busy end of the year and a very busy 2026,” Reid told PEOPLE.
