Tara Davis-Woodhall found her perfect match.

The 27-year-old Olympic gold medalist shared a hilarious reason why she feels her husband, Paralympic gold medalist Hunter Woodhall is the perfect person for her.

Davis-Woodhall was chatting with friends as she and Woodhall — whose legs were both amputated when he was just 11 months old — rested during track practice, in a video shared by Overtime WBB on Instagram.

Davis-Woodhall joked, “I hate feet,” as her friends laughed in the background. “That’s why I have the best thing possible! My life’s great,” she added.

Woodhall, 27, reacted to the clip being shared on Instagram and commented, “What a headline 😂😂.”

Fans of the couple loved the interaction and some agreed with her about feet. “She’s so real for that,” said one comment. Another said, “She hit the jackpot then 😂 What a beautiful couple ❤️.”

Earlier this year, Woodhall opened up about his prosthetics and revealed whether or not he made himself taller when he picked them out. “No one believes that I’m 6-foot-2 in the comments,” Woodhall said in a video, joking that “everyone thinks Tara is 6-foot-2.” Davis-Woodhall stands at 5-foot-4, however.

Woodhall said he used his wingspan to determine how tall he should be with his prosthetics. Using his shoes, Metcons, with “a super small heel,” Woodhall explained, “So, I can choose my height. but I choose to be pretty close to my wingspan.”

Woodhall was born with fibula hemimelia, a shortening or nonexistence of the fibula bone, and his parents decided to have his legs amputated when the future Paralympian was 11 months old.

He won his first Paralympic medals — a silver and bronze — at the 2016 Rio Games in the T44 200- and 400-meters, respectively. Woodhall added another bronze to his collection at the 2020 Tokyo Games, before making his dreams come true with gold at Paris in the T62 400-meters.
