Taylor Swift confirmed she will be attending the 2026 CMA Awards.
In an Instagram Stories post shared on Thursday, Sept. 10, the pop megastar said she’ll be at Country Music’s Biggest Night, which will mark her first appearance at the awards ceremony in 10 years.
“LOOKS LIKE I HAVEN’T YEE’D MY LAST HAW THANK YOU CMA!!!! See you there Nov. 18 🤠,” Swift, 36, wrote.

The 14-time Grammy winner was nominated for Single of the Year at the CMA Awards for her hit “I Knew It, I Knew You,” an original song she wrote for the Toy Story 5 soundtrack, which was produced by Jack Antonoff and engineered by Laura Sisk.
Alongside the text, Swift reshared the Instagram post from the CMA Awards and ABC announcing her nomination.
The “Fortnight” musician last appeared at the CMA Awards in 2016, where she presented Garth Brooks with the Entertainer of the Year Award. Swift had previously won the award herself in 2009 and 2011 and was nominated in 2012 and 2013.
Previously, Swift has taken home 12 CMA Awards over her career, including winning one of her first major awards in 2007 with the Horizon Award, now known as the New Artist of the Year Award. Should she win Single of the Year at this year’s ceremony, it would be her 13th CMA Award.
In the Single of the Year category, Swift is up against two Ella Langley tracks — “Be Her” and “Choosin’ Texas” — as well as Lainey Wilson’s “Somewhere Over Laredo” and Cody Johnson’s “The Fall.”
The “Opalite” artist’s CMA Awards nomination comes just days after “I Knew It, I Knew You” reached No. 1 on the U.S. country radio, marking her first song to top the list in 13 years.
The track is also Swift’s 13th chart-topping song at U.S. country radio as a solo artist and her 14th overall.

Nominations for this year’s CMA Awards were announced on Sept. 10 with Langley leading with 10 nominations.
Closely behind her is Miranda Lambert with seven noms, while Kacey Musgraves and Ben West each earned five. Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton and Stephen Wilson Jr. also received five nominations. Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson and Dave Clauss each received three nominations.
Combs, Johnson, Langley, Stapleton and Wilson all up for Entertainer of the Year.
The 60th annual CMAs, hosted by Wilson, will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 18.
