Tess Holliday is bringing back her “eff your beauty standards” movement.
On Friday, Feb. 20, the model and body activist, 40, posted a video on TikTok and was all smiles as she posed and showed off her figure in a neon green bikini.
“POV: you lost weight but never made it your personality,” she wrote over the clip.
“Imagine calling self-acceptance toxic. Couldn’t be me,” she added in the caption. “We brought back #effyourbeautystandards because this message still matters. 13 years after I created the movement, we still need the reminder. Maybe now more than ever.”
In the comments section, fans praised Holliday for her continuous promotion of body positivity.

Back in December, Holliday shared in a TikTok video that she recently lost a “little bit of weight.” Instead of celebrating the accomplishment, she joked that her stomach has gotten too small to hold her phone.
“I’m at a park venting right now, but do you know what I just realized?” she began. “My body’s been changing. I’ve lost a little bit of weight. Hold the applause.”
“Normally I put my phone underneath my belly. Like, when I’m sitting down, I put it under my belly where my leg is because my belly touches my leg. I know you’re salivating, I get it,” she teased. “Tell me why I just went to do it and I can’t do it right now.”
“I can’t. My belly doesn’t do what it used to do so my phone fell out on the ground right now at the park. And I’m pissed,” she quipped. “I’m pissed off. She had one job and she can’t even do it. The f—?”
