If you’ve already heard the word “bored” too many times this summer, Amazon Prime Day is here to help.

The four-day event has countless pages of toy deals, but since you’ve got better things to do, I sifted through them to find only the best markdowns. From 1,400-piece Lego sets and epic water tables to Bluey dolls and Ms. Rachel learning blocks, these toys will either get kids outside or at least keep them off their tablet for a while.

We sorted our best picks by age group below — and prices start at just $7 for a fully stocked bracelet-making kit.

  • Rewards Creativity: Play-Doh Barbie Designer Fashion Show Set, $12 (orig. $35)

This smile-inducing Lego set lets you bring to life the Pixar mascot we’ve seen hopping across movie screens for decades. A shopper said it “looks amazing on display,” and you can take it up another level with this $19 touch-light kit.

The box recommends it for ages 18+, but that’s honestly just because it’s more of a collectible set than a play set. The reviews say builders as young as 7 years old have had no issues setting it up.

Best Lego Deals

You can find Lego deals all over the Prime Day pages, but these sets caught my eye as the parent of a certified brick fiend. This Lego Friends add-on is eye-popping for just $24, while teens will enjoy the complexity of Leonardo’s Flying Machine.

For the pop culture-obsessed kiddos, grab this recreation of the awesome climax of Avengers: Endgame that comes with an A-list cast of minifigures, or a nearly 1,400-piece Super Mario set that looks like a blast to play with (a surprising rarity for some Lego builds).

Whether you’re trying to sneakily get them to learn something new, or just give them an engaging diversion, these toy deals are perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. From an adorable Bluey baby doll for $20 to a durable set of Ms. Rachel wooden blocks that’s half-off.

Looking for outdoor fun? Try this Step 2 water table that’s $65 off, this canopy-covered sand box that’s a top-selling new release, or a too-cute set of toy lawn tools that will let them be a big helper on landscaping day.

Elementary-aged kiddos have plenty of fun choices at great prices, too. These magnetic fidget beads are big hits on YouTube (and so satisfying to click together), while this claw machine can be filled with any small toys to make each play time unique.

Hands-on players will love this IRL set of Minecraft-inspired magnetic blocks, Play-Doh’s Barbie fashion designer kit, and National Geographic’s Glow-in-the-Dark Marble Run. But the pick from this entire list that made my son say, “That’s pretty cool!”? This under-$30 LED mask with 50 different displays.

Best Toy Deals for Ages 13+

It seems like every tween kid in my neighborhood has an electric scooter, so I found one with solid ratings that’s on sale. Also, every time I go to an amusement park or a concert anymore, I see teenagers using early ‘00s-style digital cameras to capture their memories, so this compact (and on-sale) Kodak pick should be a lasting hit.

I grew up an only child, so I’m always thrilled to see single-player-compatible board games that look engaging and challenging. That’s where Tiny Towns and this Clue escape room mystery come in (both can also be played in groups).
