This $23 Chocolate Bar May Be Better Than the Viral Dubai Version: ‘Weird But Annoyingly Good’ (Exclusive)

Chocolate bars are no longer just sweet treats — they’ve become art, innovation and even viral sensations.

Tucho’s Angel Hair chocolate bar is the latest creation making waves, often being compared to the legendary Dubai version, “Can’t Get Knafeh of It,” by Fix Dessert Chocolatier.

If you’ve been following the chocolate world recently, these two bars are rapidly igniting excitement and intrigue in sweet-toothed fans across the globe.

Carmie Sellitto, a London-based foodie, recorded himself trying the Belgian Angel Hair chocolate, rating it a perfect 10/10, surprisingly surpassing his previous rating of the beloved pistachio-forward bar by a solid 0.5.

“I got the chocolate bar from a place called Tutcho. It’s actually going for around 21 euros and I got it gifted because you can’t actually get it in the UK, they only sell it and make it in Belgium,” Sellitto tells PEOPLE exclusively. When converted to USD, the chocolate bar would cost $23.51. “It just looks so good and weird and just different to any other chocolate I’ve seen, that’s why I wanted it so badly.”

Unlike your typical chocolate bar, Tucho’s creation is a blend of unexpected elements that seem to defy usual chocolate expectations. Its appearance and texture are striking, with something dubbed “angel hair” woven through it.

According to Tucho’s website, the pink bar is “filled with Pişmaniye (Turkish cotton candy), pistachio cream and a subtle hint of vanilla, pomegranate and raspberry.”

This seemingly bizarre combination took Sellitto by surprise in the best way possible. “It just felt and looked so weird, but annoyingly it tasted so good,” he admits.

What truly sets the Angel Hair bar apart from Dubai’s beloved creation is its playful, multi-layered flavor experience. While the “Can’t Get Knafeh of It” bar is known for its crispy and delicious knafeh mixed in pistachio and tahini, the Tucho bar brings an element of curiosity, with its unexpected, playful texture.

“It’s not just pistachio and chocolate. It’s also got this random cotton candy kind of filling just making it more fun to eat,” Sellitto explains. “There was so much flavor going on, it was just a mixture of loads, and it was very odd having the hair in the chocolate.”

It’s clear that these viral chocolates have tapped into the public’s craving for novelty and indulgence, with Tucho’s Angel Hair offering a new level of unpredictability. As more people seek out these unique creations, both the Angel Hair and Dubai chocolates are redefining what it means to enjoy a luxury chocolate experience – all thanks to brands like Fix Dessert Chocolatier and Tucho.
