Tom Brady didn't hold back on the smack talk at the inaugural Fanatics Flag Football Classic Draft on Wednesday, March 18, calling out team rival Joe Burrow for partying with Alix Earle after the Oscars on Sunday — a month after PEOPLE reported Brady was "hooking up" with Earle.
As host Kevin Hart introduced the teams — Brady and Jalen Hurts will lead Founders FFC, while Burrow and Jayden Daniels captain the Wildcats FFC — Brady, 48, said it was very fitting of Burrow, 29, to play for a squad with that animalistic name after he was photographed with Earle, Tate McRae and Stassie Karanikolaou during Oscars weekend.

"That's what they called Joe the other night at those Oscars parties .. the Wildcat," Brady quipped. "At least he's here, no fashion shows to attend," the seven-time Super Bowl champion added of Burrow, a brand ambassador for Alo.
The Bengals star remained silent after the dig, giving Brady some side eye before eventually cracking a smile, as seen in a video circling social media.

Brady's trash talking at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic Draft came three days after Burrow was photographed in a black SUV with Earle, McRae and Karanikolaou as the group left the Vanity Fair Oscar afterparty on Sunday, March 15.
Brady, meanwhile, has made headlines in recent months after he was spotted partying with Earle on New Year's Eve in St. Barths and at the 2026 Super Bowl in San Francisco. A source told PEOPLE in February after the Super Bowl that the pair was "hooking up."
Reps for Earle and Brady have not commented on the relationship to PEOPLE.Â
