Haley and Hanna Cavinder are opening up about getting matching boob jobs together.

The 25-year-old twins got identical breast augmentations done at the same time in July 2025, and they shared numerous updates on social media throughout the healing process in the months that followed.

Attending the Sports Illustrated Swim Beach Club Party on Friday, May 29, the influencers and former college basketball stars opened up to PEOPLE about embracing the reception to their candid videos — and why they decided to be so open about their cosmetic procedures.

“I would say, when it comes to feeling like your most confident self, whatever it is, I'm always for that, for females,” Haley said at the Miami Beach event, held at W South Beach. “Whatever you want to do, whatever you want to stand with, it's your body and how you feel your most confident self is what you should do at the end of the day.”

“You only have one life,” added Haley, as her twin sister agreed, “Exactly.”

Hanna, for her part, chimed in with a message about “body positivity,” telling PEOPLE that part of the decision to be open about the procedure has to do with her belief that what goes around comes around.

“I would just say, whatever you spread will always come back to [you], whether it's body positivity, anything in life,” she said at the star-studded SI Swim event.

Plus, Hanna added: “If you're happy with yourself, what else matters?”

During the twins' chat with PEOPLE, Haley also shared what she has been doing to feel confident this summer as she prepares to marry Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson.

“I'm planning for my wedding, so I'm trying to prepare to be my most confident self by just working out, hitting my steps, eating the right protein. That makes me feel like my best self during the summer,” Haley said less than a month before her nuptials to the NFL star.

Haley and Hanna — who have a following of nearly five million — first announced their breast augmentation surgery with Texas-based plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Kurkjian last July. They later revealed that they both received low-profile under-the-muscle 190 cc mini Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonmix implants.

The duo “wanted a perky look,” per Haley, and “paid roughly between $8,000 to $9,000” each for the surgeries, Hanna later revealed.

In other videos, the former college athletes defended why they had the surgery at the same time and addressed some of the comments criticizing the size of their chests.

"Going through a recovery from a boob job with my twin makes me want to go through a pregnancy with her, too, because we keep each other company,” Haley said of the sisters' surgeries. “Everyone's like, ‘You always do everything together,' and I'm like, ‘No s—, I guarantee you would too.' I was in the womb with her."

Speaking about critics, Haley said that by “posting this journey,” she wanted “to show females they can do what they want and body positivity.”

The twins recently chatted with PEOPLE about their careers, and Hanna opened up a bit about the approach she takes to the twins' massive online reach.

"Whether it's basketball or just giving your advice and having such a big platform, I think we have a huge responsibility to encourage and uplift girls, and not even just younger ones,” Hanna told PEOPLE. “Other girls will come to us for advice, and I think that's just a big responsibility when you have a platform.”
