A Shopper with a 36DD Bust Says This $40 Swimsuit Is ‘Actually Comfortable’ — Thanks to 1 Genius Feature

For years, I’ve sworn off one-piece swimsuits in favor of bikinis and tankinis — but celebs like Hilary Duff, Priyanka Chopra, and Brittany Mahomes have convinced me to finally add them back into my swimwear collection.

As it happens, the Tashehe One-Piece Swimsuit has the adjustability, support, and coverage I’ve always wanted. Plus, it has one genius feature that will let me customize its fit and shaping effect, and that’s a big win. Between its luxe-looking design and functional details, it rivals the designer swimsuits I’ve coveted at resort boutiques — yet it’s only $40 at Amazon.

This wrap-style swimsuit has one clever feature that made me stop mid-scroll: a drawstring panel. This allows for a customizable fit, especially since the fabric has plenty of stretch too, to accommodate bloating and slight weight fluctuations. Plus, its elegant ruching, when coupled with the color-blocked design, tapers at the waist to create an hourglass silhouette.

It also has a hidden tummy-control panel that smooths over your lower belly without digging into your sides. The gentle compression extends through the hips and the full-coverage bottom for extra lift, shaping, and stability. The swimsuit’s sporty design is ideal for boating, water sports, and pool activities, too.

There’s one more detail I love about this swimsuit. Unlike other one-piece styles that typically have flimsy shelf bras with removable pads, this one has molded cups (and removable pads) with an underwire for maximum support. Even better? Its adjustable straps are nearly 1 inch wide to better distribute weight across your back and shoulders — an essential feature if you have a larger bust like me.

All that said, I’m not surprised that it’s earned so many rave reviews. One 74-year-old shopper with a short torso said it gives “good coverage and [lift],” while another shopper enthused that its straps “stay in place during water fitness sessions.”

A final shopper, who is 5-feet-tall with a 36DD bust, wrote that it’s “very hard to find a one-piece suit” that works for them, yet this one fits “very well” and is “actually comfortable.”
