An Arizona couple won big through the arrival of their baby girl — who was born in a casino parking lot.

Regena and Frankie Felix went to the hospital ready for the birth of their child, but they were sent home by staff who felt Regena’s labor wasn’t moving along fast enough on Monday, July 13, Fox 10 reported. However, only minutes later, Regena’s water broke as she and Frankie were driving back home.

Thinking quickly, the outlet reported that Frankie searched for the closest well-lit area he could, which ended up being the parking lot of the Gila River Resorts & Casinos – SanTan Mountain.

Frankie helped his wife prepare to deliver their child in the car, specifically jumping into action when they discovered that their baby’s umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck, causing her to turn blue.

The proud dad successfully untangled the cord from the neck of the couple’s newborn, whom they named Noa, and she was born safely in the front seat of their new SUV.

“How did you know what to do? I didn’t,” Frankie recalled to Fox 10. “All my military training in the world prepared me to deliver a baby, and I just did.”

The doctor described the newborn to the outlet as a “feisty little thing,” and also praised Regena and Frankie for their quick thinking.
