Cardi B has something to say to fans who are commenting on her love life.
In a Spaces conversation with fans on X on Wednesday, July 22, Cardi addressed fans who “want her to be single” and remain “focused on herself.”
“Bitch, I’m not going to be single for the rest of my life,” Cardi, 33, said, according to a recording posted on X. “I was single throughout my whole tour. Single, not talking to nobody, not entertaining nobody, not anything.”

Then, Cardi said she slipped up when she “went back to some bulls—” but left it “right away” and she’s been “living my life” since.
“I’ve been going outside. I’ve been chilling with friends. I’ve been vacationing. I’ve been drinking. I’ve been having a ball,” the “Up” rapper said.
However, “even me and my friends, even when we have a ball, we need some entertainment,” she said.
Cardi then explained that because of her fame, she needs to be “a little more exclusive” about who she dates, and it takes a lot for her to catch feelings.
“Could I pick better men? Probably. Maybe. So, whatever,” she said, adding, “I’m not gonna be single forever. I need to be entertained. Life is cool. Life is everything. But it’s just like, all right, the pussy needs love too.”
Cardi was last linked to NFL star Stefon Diggs, with whom she welcomed a son in November 2025. After the baby’s birth, they had an on-again, off-again relationship. In February, she said she wasn’t “f—ing” with Diggs, 32, during the Los Angeles stop on her Little Miss Drama Tour — and a source told PEOPLE she pulled back from the relationship days later

“Things were getting too heated and complicated. Cardi is very no-nonsense,” the source said at the time. “The second she felt that she couldn’t trust him, she pulled back to focus on her kids, her music and tour.”
“She needs stability and wants the same for her kids,” the insider added of Cardi, also noting that they “might reconnect in the future.”
Then, in May, a different source told PEOPLE that the “I Like It” rapper “didn’t trust him” and “felt like things were going on behind her back.”
“She wasn’t in a place emotionally to deal with fighting and tension,” the source said, adding that Diggs “stepped it up a few weeks ago and showed her that he wants to make it work.”
The source added that “it was enough of an effort to get her attention.”
“She still cares about him a lot,” the source said.
