Although Julia Roberts’ recent campaign for Lancôme was technically for the brand’s new perfume, La vie est Belle Very Cherry, I was mainly focused on her glowy glam while watching the clip. Thankfully, makeup artist Genevieve Herr divulged to PEOPLE the exact five products she used to create the “fresh and natural look.”
On the all-Lancôme lineup, there was a skincare-infused foundation, as well as two different mascaras (one to lengthen and another to volumize). To give Roberts’ skin “a natural glowing finish” and ensure it stayed “hydrated, smooth and radiant,” Herr called upon this foundation. Its skincare-packed formula includes hyaluronic acid for hydration and mandelic acid, which smooths texture and evens tone. Bonus: It has SPF 27 for added sun protection. Lancôme shoppers with mature skin agree that the product doesn’t become cakey or settle into fine lines.
Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Intimatte Soft Matte Lipstick in Hush Hush

To complement the actress’ “luminous skin,” Herr applied a layer of this dusty rose-colored lipstick for “soft lips.” My curiosity is piqued by this product as its matte finish does “not feel dry at all,” according to a shopper. Another buyer was impressed that it “did not transfer” to their water bottle.

The beauty of this product? Its creamy texture can be used as eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush, or highlighter. Herr particularly appreciates the product for its “very lightweight” feel. One customer claimed it stayed put for “24 hours,” while another praised how it “stays soft without caking or drying out” on “older” skin.
