A man is speaking out after he claims he and his family of four were urinated on while in the audience of a Morgan Wallen concert.

Troy Grevelding attended Wallen’s concert in Baltimore at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday, July 18, with his wife, brother, and two nieces, and tells PEOPLE exclusively that a man began urinating on them mid-show.

Troy says he believes the man was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the alleged incident, and had returned to the wrong seat. He claims that he spoke with the man earlier in the evening during opener Ella Langley’s set, and asked him to stop talking loudly to people on FaceTime during the concert.

After returning to his seat with beverages and snacks, Troy says he apologized to the man, who he claims was in attendance at the concert with his wife and kids, and the pair spoke about sports and jokingly “photobombed” each other’s photos.

He says they remained “civil” until the man allegedly began urinating on Troy’s wife and niece in what he describes as a “premeditated” incident.

“Well, a couple songs now into the Morgan Wallen set, my wife…well, I end up feeling something, I didn’t think nothing of it,” Troy says of the incident. “I thought it was just another guy behind me, you know what I mean? It was spilled beer, whatever.”

“And then my wife says to me, ‘Whatever that man’s doing, is all over my leg,’ ” Troy recounts. “And at that same time, I was kind of, like, standing on an angle, so I just kind of like, look over my right shoulder, and at that point, dude, his pants are completely down.”

Troy explains that it was unclear whether the man was attempting to urinate into “a bottle or a can.”

“And I don’t care what he was doing because I was getting peed all over, my wife was getting peed all over, [and] my 8-year-old niece was getting peed on,” he adds, saying that in that moment, he felt everything “slow down” amid the gravity of the incident.

Troy’s brother Tim Grevelding, who was in attendance with his two daughters, 8 and 11, tells PEOPLE the situation was “just sickening.”

“We had a 1.5 hour ride back to where we were staying and we had pee-covered clothing,” Tim shares. “It just wasn’t the outcome we were looking for.”

Tim says that it was his daughters’ first concert, “and it was cut short because of the situation,” adding that she “really wants to see Morgan Wallen play again.”

The brothers both tell PEOPLE that the family has been in contact with the Senior VP of Operations and Customer Experience at M&T Bank Stadium.

“So at the end of the day, my goal is to hold everybody accountable for what you did or did not do,” Troy says.

Maryland Transportation Authority Police responded to the alleged incident, and the man, who has not been publicly identified, was reportedly detained outside of the stadium, but was not arrested, TMZ reported.

MDTA Police is conducting an “active and open criminal investigation into this matter,” the agency told TMZ.

Troy shared a viral video of police officers speaking to him and his wife regarding the incident and telling them that certain “steps” must be taken, including reviewing security footage from the arena, before an arrest can be made.

The officer can also be heard informing Troy that he could eventually subpoena the footage and file charges against the man.

PEOPLE has reached out to MDTA Police, M&T Bank Stadium, and a spokesperson for Wallen for comment.
