In the 2000 comedy movie, Bullock’s Gracie Hart/Gracie Lou Freebush is named runner-up in the Miss United States pageant, and her close friend and Miss Rhode Island Cheryl (Heather Burns) is crowned the winner.
But the undercover FBI special agent realizes a bomb is hidden in the tiara, and begins to aggressively warn Cheryl to not put it on by miming the shape of the crown. That doesn’t go according to plan, and chaos ensues as Gracie tackles Cheryl for the crown in the iconic on-screen moment.

In Kelce’s clip, the overlay text reads, “Gracie Lou Freebush trying to warn Miss Rhode Island the crown is a b*mb but she’s a millennial,” as Bullock recreates the same miming, trying to “warn” Kelce.
But Kelce, unaware of Gracie’s warnings, cheerfully makes a peace sign in response. Their miscommunication video is part of an ongoing social media trend in which younger workers flash a peace sign in response when their older employers make the “2” hand gesture to request two minutes or phone line two.
Kelce also paid homage to the movie in the post’s caption, “She’s beauty and she’s grace🗽.”

The post comes amid Bullock’s current Practical Magic 2 press tour. At one of the first promotional events, Bullock briefly chatted about her time on the Miss Congeniality franchise.
At the London premiere on Aug. 26, Bullock opened up with PEOPLE about working with Dolly Parton on Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous, and how the singer motivated Bullock to sleep in her tour bus instead of a production-provided hotel room.
“I hated flying for the longest time, and I used to just take a tour bus everywhere and I would sleep on the tour bus,” Bullock told PEOPLE. “[Parton] came to Vegas, and she pulled her tour bus up next to mine—I think it was pink, of course—And I said, ‘Okay, So, Miss Parton, we’ve got a hotel and room for you that’s massive.’ And she goes, ‘No, I’ll stay in the bus.’ ”

Bullock asked Parton where she planned to do her hair and makeup. “And she goes, ‘Oh, I’ll do it on the bus,’ ” the actress recalled. Parton told Bullock she would also sleep on her bus, which prompted Bullock to reply, “Then I’m sleeping on the bus.”
“So she and I slept side-by-side on the bus,” the Oscar winner said.
Bullock shared her memories of the icon one day after Parton died following a brief battle with cancer at age 80, her representatives confirmed to PEOPLE.
