- Teresa Giudice shared a shocking video of herself getting threads in her neck while awake
- “It feels great,” the reality star said of the final result
- Giudice has previously opened up about her cosmetic procedures
Teresa Giudice is peeling back the curtain on her cosmetic procedures.
In a video shared to Instagram on Monday, June 15, the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 54, can be seen getting threads put into her neck courtesy of Injx by Nat Aesthetics in Morristown, N.J.
Giudice remains awake during the procedure, which has been lauded by several celebrities as a facelift alternative. Per the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, a thread lift is "a procedure wherein temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible 'lift' in the skin."
Rather than surgically removing loose facial skin, the procedure suspends it with sutures, giving a lifted and tightened effect. The process has also been known to stimulate the skin's production of collagen, a protein that helps maintain skin's elasticity.
"We did a little refresh to the neck, just a couple of threads here and there," nurse practitioner Natia Rufolo says in the clip.
"It feels great," Giudice says of her results. Of Rufolo, she adds: "She was amazing. I'm a chicken, and she was great."

Giudice has been open about her cosmetic work in the past.
During a 20221 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the reality star revealed that she got a nose job earlier that year and "no one even noticed."
In 2020, Giudice penned a lengthy Instagram post about her breast augmentation. Sharing a photo of herself at a clinic with her plastic surgeon Dr. Aviva Preminger, she explained her decision to go under the knife once again.
"I believe it's important to always stand strong and feel like your best most confident self. 10 Years after my first Breast Augmentation I decided to have my breasts re-done," she began, noting that she "could not be happier with the results."

Giudice continued, "I was very nervous to re-do my breasts, but I felt it was necessary for me to feel like my best self. I encourage anyone who doesn't feel their best self to work on feeling better. Even if it is the smallest thing every day. If it is something that requires cosmetic surgery to feel better."
She went on to praise her "amazing" doctor, who she described in the note as "so professional."
"I highly recommend Dr. Preminger @premingermd, and could not be happier with the results. I felt like she understood me, and really made me feel comfortable. I am grateful to have has such a professional approach," she wrote.
