Calling all Jane the Virgin fans! The Villanueva house has officially hit the market — and it could be yours for a cool $3 million.
The iconic abode located in the Larchmont neighborhood of Los Angeles has officially listed for $2.89 million. Though the home has recently been “reimagined,” avid fans will recognize the exterior as the Villanueva family's Miami home, where Jane (Gina Rodriguez) lived with her mom Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) and grandma Alba (Ivonne Coll).
The CW series, which aired from 2014 to 2019, also starred Justin Baldoni as Rafael Solano and Brett Dier as Michael Cordero Jr. as Jane's rival love interests.

The Spanish-style property is spread out across 2,360 square feet with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms in the main house. There's also an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located on the property. Kevin Hafezi of Christie's International Real Estate Southern California currently holds the listing.
Inside the recently remodeled home, the kitchen features custom-built cabinetry and charming checkered tiled floors.
The primary suite boasts two walk-in closets and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub.
Outside, olive trees and lush landscaping create an oasis for residents to enjoy, while ficus hedges offers a sense of privacy. Multiple outdoor seating areas, including a dining table that seats eight, can be found on the property as well.

Ahead of the 2019 series finale of Jane the Virgin, America Ferrera shared an emotional Instagram post in tribute of the five years she starred on the CW show.
“Jane the Virgin. Wow. We started shooting the first season of Jane in July 2014,” she writes. “A few days into shooting I turned 30 on set. Yesterday I turned 35. And today is the very last episodes, 99 and 100 airing of Jane The Virgin.”

“Five years,” she continues. “Five years of love, laughter, growth, pain, surprises, deaths, new births and a s–t ton of memories.”

Ahead of the 10th anniversary of Jane the Virgin in October 2024, Rodriguez, 41, reflected on the series and expressed how long ago it felt to her.
"I feel old. That's the first thing that comes to mind,” she told PEOPLE. "The second thing that comes to mind is: I want to do a reunion. I freaking loved that experience so much, and those people, and that show was so cool. That show was so different. That show was just so unique."
