Even the Jonas Brothers make musical mistakes.

During the June 11 episode of Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas' Hey Jonas! podcast, the trio and their guest, Niall Horan, discussed performing at weddings. While Horan, 32, has "never" played at a wedding, the Jonas Brothers have — but one performance last year didn't go exactly as planned.

Kevin, 38, said that the wedding was "pretty fun," joking that they wanted to be "the world's greatest wedding band." However, Joe, 36, noted that the performance wasn't perfect due to "really bad technical difficulties."

"We navigated it. It didn't ruin the moment," Nick, 33, said, with Joe chiming in, "But we did play a song in the wrong key, and then I sang it in the original key."

Joe explained that he likes to hear the lead vocal track in his earpiece "just as a bed." However, when the group began their performance of "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder, something didn't sound quite right.

"I'm hearing the band start in a different [key], and I'm like, 'That's not right.' Then I'm thinking and then I'm just like, 'Maybe my brain's breaking,' " Joe remembered. "Nick doesn't hear the lead vocal check, so he's looking at me, he's like, 'What are you doing?' [He] just stopped."

Nick teased, "I just thought you were just doing jazz."

Luckily, none of the wedding guests seemed to notice the mishap.

"At that point in the wedding, though, I think everyone was having such a great time and having fun that they didn't even hear the difference," Kevin said.

Joe joked, "We told them, we're like, 'Hey, so if you make the wedding video, use whatever clips you want. There's just one song we think you should just leave out.' "
