Brandi Glanville is getting frustrated with doctors as she continues to deal with unexplained health issues.

During the Thursday, June 25, episode of her Unfiltered podcast, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 53, opened up about her ongoing facial disfigurement and revealed that she hasn’t been getting any updates from the doctors she’s seen.

“It’s been a long time and a dark time,” she said. “We saw the doctor last week who told me I have tumors in my lymph nodes, benign… and then he never called me.”

“You have to advocate for yourself,” she continued. “But that was just such bulls— to me because I spent out of pocket, I went to all these doctors, I’ve been on IV antibiotics, all this s— and I still don’t have an explanation as to what is exactly wrong with me. And then this doctor not calling me after is like… okay and what?”

“Listen, I love doctors," she continued. "I need you guys in my life. Please help me. But it’s so frustrating because I feel like there’s a lack of follow-through. I want more tests. Don’t just send me for bloodwork.”

Glanville previously shared on her podcast that she found out she has “a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face,” which was causing her facial disfigurement.

"That could be why the fluid is going around my face,” she said on the June 18 episode. "Every doctor that I've shown, they're like, ‘It's just scar tissue.' I'm like, ‘From what? I haven't had a facelift yet.' There's a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field.”

The TV personality said it’s “been a long three years” dealing with her health, insisting she’s ready for “a glow-up.”

Glanville’s health struggles began in July 2023. At first she believed they were caused by something she ate while filming the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco. She later claimed that she could see and feel an unknown "parasite" moving within her face, saying it resembled “tiny bubbles bursting” on her skin.

In December 2024, Glanville revealed that she spent “over $70,000” trying to find a resolution to the unknown “parasite,” but every treatment was only a temporary fix.

Additionally, the reality star was dealing with a slew of other health problems. In February 2026, she revealed that it took 21 doctors and $200,000 to pinpoint the root of her issues: a ruptured 18-year-old silicone breast implant.

“I was shocked, because they’re implants that I’ve had for almost 20 years, they looked fine, they felt fine, the mammogram said they were fine, it wasn’t until I had a sonogram," she said at the time. "I thought, if it's not broke don't fix it, but I learnt a really, really hard lesson.”

However, Glanville still maintains that her severe facial disfigurement was caused by a parasite.
