Cardi B has earned another significant legal victory in her case against YouTuber LaTasha Kebe, a.k.a. Tasha K.
According to an agreement filed on Tuesday, June 30 and obtained by PEOPLE, the rapper and blogger agreed “to avoid the expense, delay and uncertainty of further litigation” over the total sum of Cardi's $4 million defamation win in 2022.
Last year, Kebe had agreed to a bankruptcy deal that delayed payment if she didn't make any disparaging comments about Cardi (real name Belcalis Almánzar) or her family, per court documents.
However, the blogger violated the non-disparagement clause after making recent remarks about Cardi's estranged husband Offset and NFL star Stefon Diggs, the father of her youngest child, and was ordered to reimburse Cardi, 33, more than $110,000 in legal fees, according to court documents.
But under the latest agreement, that amount is cut in half as long as the UnWineWithTashaK host "timely makes both payments." If so, Cardi will accept the settlement "in full satisfaction."
In April, the Grammy-winning artist filed a motion requesting that “economically painful” sanctions be placed on the blogger.
Cardi's attorneys claimed they've needed to constantly monitor and document Kebe's social media and have found more than two dozen “egregious violations” of the non-disparagement clause.

In January 2022, Cardi won $4 million in her defamation and libel suits against the YouTuber.
Initially, Kebe was ordered to pay $1.25 million when she was found liable for invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, per court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Days later, Cardi was awarded nearly $3 million in punitive damages and attorneys' fees in a slander lawsuit against Kebe, per Billboard, bringing the total to $4 million.
In a March 2019 lawsuit, Cardi accused Kebe of making "malicious" claims against her, including alleging the rapper was a prostitute, cheated on her husband, used cocaine, and contracted herpes and HPV.

Kebe allegedly tried to "destroy" Cardi's career by intentionally making "false" claims about her.
The "WAP" performer ended up testifying that she became "extremely suicidal" over Kebe's allegedly false claims about her, per Billboard.
At the time, Kebe denied any wrongdoing and attempted to file her own lawsuit against Cardi for assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming she "began to publicly trash" her on the internet, resulting in Kebe allegedly being threatened.
Rolling Stone reported that Kebe's allegations were dismissed in July 2021.
