Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce dog parents?
On July 12, Kelce, 36, was photographed landing at the recently renamed President Donald J. Trump International Airport in Palm Beach, Fla., with a canine travel companion. In the photos obtained by Page Six, the Kansas City footballer disembarks from a private jet, followed closely by a large, fluffy white dog that appears to be a Samoyed.
The sighting adds to growing speculation that Swift, 36, and Kelce got a dog together. Fans started wondering if the couple welcomed a dog in 2026 when footage shared to social media appeared to show a fluffy white pup — similar to the canine in the new photos — getting out of one of Swift’s vehicles.
Kelce and the mystery pooch’s airport visit comes less than two weeks after Swift and Kelce tied the knot in a star-studded wedding at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on July 3.
If the dog photographed with Kelce is the newlyweds’ new pup, it will be the first dog Swift has publicly owned. In years past, the “Cruel Summer” singer has become known as a proud cat lady, and is the devoted owner of her three felines, Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button.
“They’re very dignified. They’re independent,” she told TIME in 2019. “They’re very capable of dealing with their own life.”
While Swift’s cats have always been a great source of joy in her life, it took a bit of convincing to get Kelce’s nieces to fall in love with them.

The singer-songwriter claimed on the New Heights podcast in August 2025 that she has even defended the animals to her brother-in-law, Jason Kelce, after he jokingly told his and Kylie Kelce’s kids — Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 5; Bennett, 3; and Finnley, 15 months — that felines were poisonous.

“It was actually really a great challenge because as soon as I got the kids around the cats, it was my goal to prove to them that they weren’t poisonous,” Swift said at the time. “And there’s no better way to prove that than to just hand them Benjamin, my rag doll cat, who lets humans hold him like he’s a baby.”
